You will need: a file or buffer, cotton, foil, plastic gloves (optional)
BUFF off a section of the top coat. You are just breaking the protective barrier of the top coat so that the polish remover can dissolve the gel polish underneath.
SOAK the nail with an acetone (or polish remover) soaked piece of cotton and wrap in foil.
WAIT 10 minutes and check one nail. If the gel polish does not come off easily, wrap the nail and wait another 5 minutes. Repeat as appropriate.
MANICURE your nails and apply a natural oil over cuticles and nails. Allow oil to absorb and apply lotion as needed.
